Christmas
Celebration is a two hour musical presentation. Act One includes an
opening scene of the family tradition built around Christmas with gifts
and trees covered with ornaments. Then we expand into a choir concert with
the traditional and spiritual songs of this special time of the year.
The second act is the real story of Christmas that details the birth, life,
ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Included are beautiful
curtains, special effects and biblical costumes of that period of history.
We are proud to be instrumental in past years of
the production of the Christmas Pageant by First Baptist Church of Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. The pageant is a good example of the kind of
music and drama that Revelation Ministries uses to proclaim the Good News
of Jesus Christ.
The Pageant features a festive opening scene with
familiar carols sung in a turn-of-the-century setting, a concert of inspirational
contemporary songs by the Chancel Choir and Orchestra, and a musical drama
of the nativity, life, ministry, death and resurrection of Christ.
Other exciting features include an enchanting children’s parade, a spectacular
opening winter wonderland, and elegant downtown cityscape, and international
dance across the continents, and the inspiring story of Jesus.
The performance included a 300 voice Chancel Choir,
40 piece Orchestra, combined cast and crew of more than 1,000 people, and
a barnyard of biblical animals. The Pageant offers a panorama of
Christmas impressions as together we celebrate the arrival of the King.
Creation
Celebration is much the same as Christmas Celebration, with the addition
of the creation of Adam and Eve and their fall into sin. We were asked
this question by our Eastern European audience, “We understand now who
Jesus is and what He did for us on the cross, but why did He do all this?”
That question, asked many times, made us realize that many of them did
not know the complete story so we wrote in the creation story and man’s
fall into sin and that is why we need a savior. The story is told with
ballet dance and beautiful costuming.
“It’s
Never Gonna Rain” is the story of Noah and the Ark. How the faithfulness
of one person can change the world. It showed how God’s word, when given
to someone as a command to follow, should be acted upon, even if those
around us disbelieve or laugh and call you crazy. The set was a believable
ark and the story was told with song and dance and narration. Our “animals”
were school children dressed in colorful costumes that stole the show.
It was a very successful presentation and the cast and crew enjoyed doing
it immensely and the audience approved with generous applause.
"The
Greatest Love of All" is more than a production, it is an invitation.
This story invites you into a relationship that will change your life forever.
When you experience "The Greatest Love of All", you EXPERIENCE
the
greatest love of all. This story is about sacrifice, a thematic thread
that weaves the Book that we know as the Bible together. It is the story
of love but also the story of obedience. This show's style is everything
from classical ballet to big theatre. It has humor and absolute drama-but
most of all it has hope. Beginning with the tragic fall of man from grace
and his complete redemption through the life, death, and resurrection of
Jesus Christ, this story will encompass you. You will be amazed by Noah,
you will dance for joy with David, you will laugh as the Son of God walks
untouched through the fiery furnace with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abendego,
and you will weep as you behold the Lamb of God. The invitation is yours-join
us as we experience "The Greatest Love of All".
“He
Lives!” is a minimalist production depicting the life of Christ with
music and drama. In fifty minutes the interdenominational cast of
20 – 27 representing 11 churches is able to portray some thirty-eight characters
using only creative costuming. The narrations that carry the audience through
the seven scenes are short and basically are the Word. Each is strategically
woven through contemporary arrangements of classic tunes as well as in
new songs with full orchestration accompaniments.
This simplistic approach is being used to enable
us to travel into the state correctional institutions. We feel sure
that your congregation as well as visitors from the community will leave
excited about what Jesus has done for them, and we trust they will be excited
about what is happening in Revelation Ministries. Thank you for such an
exciting opportunity.

Set
in 1962, Devil or Angel? is jam-packed with all the music, humor,
nerds, bee-hive hair-dos, styles, and culture of the era. From the moment
the curtain opens (to find us at the dance amid a major production dance
number), the audience is in for a rockin’ good time! But more than just
entertaining, it is a story of teenagers in love, 50's & 60's rock
‘n roll and a devastating tragedy bringing new life!
Penny and Joey meet at a dance. A shy, young girl
catches the eye of the local heart-throb. Although Penny is drawn to Joey,
she remembers her mother’s advice and invites him to attend a play at her
church. Afterwards, he cannot deny that his life has been changed by the
play’s message. He tries to tell his pals back at the drugstore about it
but, uninterested, they laugh at him...that is, all but one laugh. Danny,
the lead singer of The Thunderbirds sees that Joey is different. He’s changed.
But before we get to see how Joey’s transformation affects Danny, a devastating
tragedy occurs.
In the slice of life scene that follows, we see
ten years pass right in front of our eyes!...And we learn that Danny, who
has since made it big in show business, is back in town and doing a
show at the local nightclub. Penny remembers Danny’s interest in what Joey
told him before he’d been killed and she decides to go see Danny at the
club.
After another major production number at the nightclub,
Danny meets with Penny and admits his torment over what happened to Joey
and confides his deep longing to find purpose in life. Devil or Angel?
asks the most important question in life - Everyone there will have an
opportunity to answer.
Devil or Angel? You decide...
Devil or Angel? is funny. It’s sad. It’s powerful!
It’s loud! It’s really rock ‘n roll! It’s in tune with everyone from 60-year-olds
(who danced to its rhythms as teens)...to baby boomers...to today’s pre-teen
(who knows more of vintage Rock than the last generation!)
It’s theatre. It’s show-band-show-biz. It’s a costumed,
choreographed production. But most of all...it’s GOD’S!
