Meet the Team


Oksana Horton


Executive Director

Oksana began her education at the Fairmont Center for Creative and Performing Arts in Ohio. She attended the Boston Conservatory of Music and the American Dramatic Academy in New York, and became a member of Terry Schreiber’s Studio. Oksana has performed in summer stock, Off-Broadway in New York, as well as on television and in commercials in Los Angeles. She began her ministry in the performing arts 20 years ago in Alaska before moving to Seattle where she was the artistic director for Eastridge Church. Oksana and her husband, Starr, moved to Florida 6 years ago, and God divinely connected her with Revelation Ministries. She has no greater joy than using her 30 years of education and experience to advance the Kingdom of God and see souls saved through the performing arts.



Music Director

Gloria is a lyric coloratura soprano who has been professionally singing since 2005, performing solos in cabarets, and in musicals such as “My Fair Lady”, “Oklahoma”, “Hello Dolly” and other venues throughout south Florida as well as in nationally televised shows. A native Floridian and a  2011 graduate of Florida Atlantic University  with a degree in vocal performance, Gloria currently runs JM Holiday Lighting with her husband, is a business woman, and a vocal coach.  She acts in indie films in Miami, is working with an off-Broadway producer, and is currently serving on the Creative Team playing piano, singing and leading services at Harvest Church located in Coconut Creek, Florida. She has toured with Revelation Ministries since 2011, performing in London and other venues throughout south Florida. She encourages excellence, and brings her many experiences, and passion for the arts to each singer and actor in this ministry.


Mark Wendel


Mark has been voted Revelation Ministries most likely to say “yes” to acting, singing tenor, writing, set design, while all the while being a very active board member for Revelation and the chief lighting engineer when not overseeing his own plumbing business of 8 employees. His ministry work began at the age of 18 when he joined a touring singing group that travelled on two wheels from Seattle to Washington, D.C. He is the only Revelation Ministries member who was very involved in building sets and performing in theatre while serving in the Army. Mark has been heavily involved in his church theater group, working on sets, building stages, and working lighting design.
